艾灸治疗对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能的影响

Effect of moxibustion on immune function of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

目的观察艾灸治疗对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能的影响。方法将2018年3月至2019年10月本院收治的70例反复呼吸道感染的患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。对照组常规治疗(抗感染、化痰止咳等支持对症处理)。治疗组在常规治疗基础上,于缓解期间在足三里、神阙、关元、大椎穴位进行艾灸治疗,每周2次,共1年。治疗前后两组均抽血查免疫功能(IgM、IgA、IgG),同时记录两组1年期间发生反复呼吸道感染的次数和治愈所需时间,对比两组免疫功能、1年期间发生呼吸道感染次数和治愈所需时间。结果治疗后,治疗组IgM、IgA、IgG水平高于对照组[(1.58±0.34)g/L比(1.35±0.24)g/L、(1.58±0.73)g/L比(1.14±0.41)g/L、(8.98±0.97)g/L比(8.28±0.86)g/L,均P<0.05]。治疗组1年期间发生反复上、下呼吸道感染次数少于对照组[(9.25±3.68)次比(15.60±5.65)次、(4.26±2.12)次比(6.25±1.23)次,均P<0.05],治疗时间少于对照组[(6.38±1.37)d比(9.03±1.67)d、(6.88±1.75)d比(8.88±2.67)d,均P<0.05]。结论艾灸可提高患儿免疫功能,减少其反复呼吸道感染的次数,且治疗后期即使发生呼吸道感染也能很快好转,可以减少患儿输液,提高医院的社会效益和经济效益。

Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion on immune function of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods Seventy children with recurrent respiratory tract infection treated at our hospital from March,2018 to October,2019 were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups took symptomatic treatment,such as anti-infection,cough suppressant and expectorant,etc.;in addition,the treatment group took moxibustion on Sanzuli,Shenque,Guanyuan,and Dazhui,twice a week for year.Before and after the treatment,the levels of IgM,IgA,and IgG were detected and compared between the two groups.The incidences of recurrent respiratory tract infection during the 1-year period and treatment times were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the levels of IgM,IgA,and IgG were higher in the treatment group than in the control group[(1.58±0.34)g/L vs.(1.35±0.24)g/L,(1.58±0.73)g/L vs.(1.14±0.41)g/L,and(8.98±0.97)g/L vs.(8.28±0.86)g/L;all P<0.05].Recurrent respiratory tract infection on upper and lower tracts occurred fewer and the treatment times were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group[(9.25±3.68)vs.(15.60±5.65),(4.26±2.12)vs.(6.25±1.23),(6.38±1.37)d vs.(9.03±1.67)d,and(6.88±1.75)d vs.(8.88±2.67)d;all P<0.05].Conclusion Moxibustion can improve children's immune function and reduce the frequency of recurrent respiratory tract infection.In addition,respiratory tract infection can also be improved as soon as possible in the later treatment stage, andthe infusion of children can be reduced to improve the hospital's social and economic benefits.
