2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素和C肽水平与骨质疏松症的关系分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素和C肽水平与骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)的关系。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月本院收治的2型糖尿病患者150例为研究对象,回顾性分析其一般临床资料。根据患者有无OP分为观察组(n=65)和对照组(n=85)。对比两组一般资料,分析可能影响2型糖尿病患者发生OP的因素。结果对两组一般资料进行分析得出,性别、BMI、HbAlc、FINS、FCP可能会影响2型糖尿病患者患OP(均P<0.05),年龄、病程、FPG、2hC-P、TG不会影响OP发病(均P>0.05);相关性分析发现,性别、BMI、HbAlc、FINS、FCP均与OP发病率相关(r=0.347、0.351、0.374、0.361、0.329,均P<0.05);进行多因素logistic回归分析发现,女性(OR=1.418,95%CI=1.061~1.895)、BMI(OR=1.443,95%CI=1.026~2.030)、HbAlc(OR=1.390,95%CI=1.062~1.818)、FINS(OR=1.374,95%CI=1.040~1.815)、FCP(OR=1.486,95%CI=1.069~2.065)是引起2型糖尿病患者发生OP的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论女性、低BMI、高HbAlc、低FINS、低FCP的2型糖尿病患者更易出现骨量减少及OP,临床可采取预见性措施进行预防治疗。
