活血消肿方中药熏洗配合手法按摩对桡骨远端骨折后功能康复的影响

Effect of fumigation with Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription and massage on functional rehabilitation of patients with distal radius fracture

目的活血消肿方中药熏洗配合手法按摩对桡骨远端骨折后功能康复的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月期间在本院治疗的100例桡骨远端骨折患者,采用数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施活血消肿方中药熏洗配合手法按摩,实施干预2周后,观察两组腕关节功能以及腕关节活动度恢复情况。结果观察组疼痛、功能状态、握力、伤肢背伸分别为(14.58±2.98)分、(17.19±2.33)分、(19.36±2.47)分、(12.87±3.41)分,均高于对照组(11.25±3.21)分、(14.21±2.14)分、(15.68±2.87)分、(8.65±3.21)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组旋前度、旋后度、背伸度、掌屈度、桡偏度分别为(89.36±5.47)°、(89.57±5.61)°、(51.34±5.19)°、(53.87±6.42)°、(14.71±2.07)°,均高于对照组(82.54±5.32)°、(83.98±5.78)°、(44.32±5.46)°、(45.67±5.41)°、(12.45±2.14)°,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对桡骨远端骨折后患者实施活血消肿方中药熏洗配合手法按摩具有促进血液循环,舒筋通络的功效,从而助于促进腕关节功能的恢复,提高腕关节活动度。

Objective To investigate the effect of fumigation with Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription and massage on functional rehabilitation of patients with distal radius fracture.Methods One hundred patients with distal radius fracture admitted to our hospital from January to December,2019 were selected,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by the digital table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given fumigation with Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription and massage on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks'intervention,the recoveries of wrist function and range of wrist motion in the two groups were observed.Results After 2 weeks'intervention,the scores of pain,functional status,grip strength,and injured limb extension were higher in the observation group than in the control group[(14.58±2.98)vs.(11.25±3.21),(17.19±2.33)vs.(14.21±2.14),(19.36±2.47)vs.(15.68±2.87),and(12.87±3.41)vs.(8.65±3.21);all P<0.05];the ranges of pronation,supination,dorsal extension,palmar flexion,and radial skewness were better in the observation group than in the control group[(89.36±5.47)°vs.(82.54±5.32)°,(89.57±5.61)°vs.(83.98±5.78)°,(51.34±5.19)°vs.(44.32±5.46)°,(53.87±6.42)°vs.(45.67±5.41)°,and(14.71±2.07)°vs.(12.45±2.14)°;all P<0.05].Conclusion Fumigation with Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription and massage for patients with distal radius fracture has the effect promoting theirblood circulation, relaxing their tendons, and clearing their collaterals, so as to promote the recoveryof wrist joint function and improve the range of motion of wrist joint.
