针对性护理预防头孢克肟治疗多重耐药菌感染老年患者不良反应的效果

Effect of targeted nursing in prevention of adverse reactions of cefixime in treatment of elderly patients with multidrug resistant bacteria infection

目的探讨针对性护理预防头孢克肟治疗多重耐药菌感染老年患者不良反应的效果。方法选择本院2019年2月至2020年4月收治的多重耐药菌感染老年患者400例,所有患者均头孢克肟治疗。采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各200例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在此基础上予以针对性护理。记录两组治疗期间腹泻、恶心呕吐、静脉炎、精神状态异常和口腔念珠菌感染等不良反应发生情况。治疗结束后,采用本院自制的简易护理满意度调查表进行满意度调查。结果观察组治疗期间不良反应总发生率低于对照组[14.50%(29/200)比23.00%(46/200)],护理满意率高于对照组[96.00%(192/200)比92.50%(185/200)],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上为头孢克肟治疗多重耐药菌感染老年患者提供针对性护理,能够更好地降低不良反应发生率,提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing to prevent adverse reactions of cefixime in the treatment of elderly patients with multidrug-resistant bacteria infection.Methods Four hundred elderly patients with multidrug-resistant bacteria infection treated at our hospital from February,2019 to April,2020 were selected.All the patients were treated with cefixime.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 200 cases in each group.Both groups were routinely cared;in addition,the observation group was given targeted nursing.The incidences of adverse reactions,such as diarrhea,nausea and vomiting,phlebitis,mental state abnormality,and oral candida infection,were recorded.After the treatment,the simple nursing satisfaction questionnaire made by our hospital was used to investigate the satisfaction.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[14.50%(29/200)vs.23.00%(46/200)],and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group[96.00%(192/200)vs.92.50%(185/200)],with statistical differences(both P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing on the basis of routine nursing can better reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the satisfaction of elderly patients with multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection treated with cefixime.
