心理护理结合狂挽汤对精神分裂患者恢复期的影响

Effect of psychological care combined with Kuangwan decoction on recovery period of schizophrenic patients

目的探究心理护理结合狂挽汤对精神分裂患者恢复期的影响。方法选取本院自2018年1月至2020年1月收治的96例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,依照随机的形式分成对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组患者采用心理护理模式,观察组患者应用心理护理+中药狂挽汤治疗,对比两组患者的心理评分、生活质量以及不良反应。结果观察组患者SDS评分为(48.69±1.84)分、SAS评分为(26.21±2.55)分,运动功能评分为(90.23±2.25)分、家庭功能评分为(89.56±2.34)分、社会功能评分为(88.75±2.56)分、心理功能评分为(91.25±2.58)分,均优于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对照组患者的不良反应为23.0%(11/48),高于观察组(8.4%,4/48),两组比较,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论给予精神分裂症的患者心理护理及中药狂挽汤,效果显著,可以有效提升患者的生活质量和心理状态,对患者的依从性也会有一定的帮助,从而增加患者的治疗效果,值得临床大力推广。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological care combined with Kuangwan decoction on the recovery period of schizophrenic patients.Methods Ninety-six patients with schizophrenia treated at our hospital from January,2018 to January,2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group took psychological care,and the observation psychological care and Kuangwan decoction.The psychological scores,quality of life,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SDS,SAS,motor function,family function,social function,and psychological function were(48.69±1.84),(26.21±2.55),(90.23±2.25),(89.56±2.34),(88.75±2.56),and(91.25±2.58)in the observation group,which were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was higher in the control group than in the observation group[23.0%(11/48)vs.8.4%(4/48);P<0.05].Conclusion Psychological care combined with Chinese medicine Kuangbang decoction for patients with schizophrenia is significantly effective and can improve their quality of life and psychological status and compliance,and improve the treatment effect,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
