血液透析患者应用中文版灵性需求量表的信效度研究

A study on reliability and validity of the application of the Chinese version of The Spiritual Needs Assessment for Patients(SNAP)in hemodialysis patients

目的汉化灵性需求量表(SNAP),并将其应用在血液透析患者中评估其信效度。方法对灵性需求量表进行翻译、回译,同时进行专家咨询,形成完整的中文版量表。纳入2018年11月至2019年11月本院收治的血液透析患者197例,评估中文版灵性需求量表应用的信效度。结果汉化后的SNAP量表共有条目21个,分析探索因子从中提取特征根值>1的3个公因子,共解释方差变异量为78.61%;总量表内容效度为0.956,各条目内容效度在0.833~1.000之间;汉化后量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.924,各因子Cronbach’sα系数范围均在0.867~0.914之间,重测相关系数为0.884,且各因子重测相关系数均在0.802~0.911之间;各因子间相关系数范围为0.486~0.603,总量表相关系数范围为0.689~0.764(P<0.05)。结论中文版需求量表具有良好的信效度,应用在血液透析患者中具有较高的评估价值。

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the application of the Chinese version of The Spiritual Needs Assessment for Patients(SNAP)in hemodialysis patients.Methods The SNAP was translated and translated back,and consulted by experts to form a complete Chinese version.The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of SNAP were evaluated in 197 hemodialysis patients treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019.Results There were 21 items in the Chinese version of SNAP,and three common factors with root value>1 were extracted from them,which explained the variance of 78.61%;the total content validity of SNAP was 0.956,the content validity of each item ranged from 0.833 to 1.000;Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.924,Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each item ranged from 0.867 to 0.914,the correlation coefficient of retest was 0.884,and the correlation coefficient of retest of each item ranged from 0.802 to 0.911;the correlation coefficient among each factor ranged from 0.486 to 0.603,and the correlation coefficient of total scale ranged from 0.689 to 0.764(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese version of SNAP has good reliability and validity,and has a high evaluation value in hemodialysis patients.
