摘要
随着经济持续、快速的发展,中国超高净值人群正以令全世界都震惊的速度迅猛增长。中国富裕家族的财富传承意识已然觉醒,可却又面临着“富不过三代”的魔咒考验。家族企业如何进行企业治理,实现企业可持续发展,家族财富如何实现保值、增值和有效传承,是摆在这些富裕家族面前的问题。面对错综复杂的家族挑战,家族办公室悄然兴起。但起源于欧洲的家族办公室无法简单地移植到中国,如何实现家族办公室本土化值得思考和研究。
With the sustained and rapid development of economy,China's ultra-high net worth population is growing rapidly at a rate shocking the world.The wealth inheritance consciousness of Chinese rich families has been awakened,but they are facing the curse of"less than three generations of wealth".How to manage the family business,realize the sustainable development of the business,and how to maintain,increase and effectively inherit the family wealth are the problems faced by these wealthy families.In the face of the complex family challenges,the family office quietly rose.However,the family offices originated in Europe cannot be simply transplanted to China,so how to achieve the localization of family offices is worth thinking about and studying.
