社区学龄前儿童维生素A、E水平测定分析

Analysis on the determination of vitamin A and E in preschool children in community

目的了解社区学龄前儿童维生素A、E水平,为社区儿童保健及临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2018年1月~2019年4月间在无锡市惠山区人民医院就诊的学龄前儿童(≤6周岁)1877例,按年龄分为三组:A组(<1岁),B组(≥1岁,<3岁)及C组(≥3岁),采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对血清VA、E水平进行测定。结果可疑VA缺乏、VA缺乏比例分别为40.9%、46.4%,C组儿童VA水平最低(P<0.05)。VE缺乏比例不高(4.9%),但随着年龄增长VE水平逐渐降低(P<0.05)。儿童呼吸道感染中,VA、VE缺乏者比率明显高于正常者,且VA在儿童呼吸道感染具有一定的诊断价值。结论社区学龄前儿童VA缺乏较严重,VA、VE与儿童呼吸道感染存在联系,应加强VA的营养补充,尤其是幼儿园期,同时应注意VE不同年龄段的差异。

Objective To investigate the levels of vitamin A and E in preschool children in community,so as to provide reference for their health care and clinical treatment.Methods A total of 1877 cases of preschool children(≤6 years old)admitted to Wuxi Huishan District People′s Hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were divided into group A(<1 year old),group B(≥1 year old,<3 years old)and group C(≥3 years old)according to their ages.Serum vitamin A and E levels were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results The proportion of suspected vitamin A deficiency and vitamin A deficiency were 40.9%and 46.4%,respectively.The vitamin A level of children in group C was the lowest(P<0.05).The proportion of vitamin E deficiency was not high(4.9%),but vitamin E level gradually decreased with age(P<0.05).The proportions of vitamin A and vitamin E deficiency in children with respiratory tract infection were significantly higher than those in the normal group,and there was certain diagnostic value in children with respiratory tract infection in vitamin A.Conclusion Vitamin A deficiency is more serious in preschool children in community.VA and VE are associated with respiratory tract infection in children.Therefore,vitamin A nutrition supplement should be strengthened,especially in the kindergarten period.At the same time,the differences of vitamin E among different age groups should be noticed.
