脑心通胶囊联合心脑健胶囊治疗颅脑外伤后认知障碍的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic efficacy of Naoxintong Capsule combined with Xinnaojian Capsule on cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury

目的探讨脑心通胶囊联合心脑健胶囊提升颅脑外伤恢复期患者认知水平的临床疗效及安全性评估。方法选取2015年1月~2017年9月在我院神经外科接受治疗的113例颅脑外伤术后患者,随机分为脑心通胶囊组、心脑健胶囊组和两药联合组,对患者的认知状况进行评分,采用日常生活活动能力Barthel指数量表和简易精神状态评价MMSE量表共同评估给药前和给药1个月后患者认知能力的改善情况,比较各组的药物疗效和安全性。结果给药1个月后,Barthel指数评分单药组评分均有提高,两药联合组提升更加明显(P<0.01),MMSE评分单药组也均有提高,两药联合组则提升更加显著(P<0.01)。三组患者均无不良反应发生。结论脑心通胶囊联合心脑健胶囊治疗能有效改善颅脑外伤后所致的认识障碍,提升颅脑外伤患者的日常生活能力,改善其精神状况,还能明显提高颅脑外伤术后患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Naoxintong Capsule combined with Xinnaojian Capsule on improving the cognitive level of patients with craniocerebral trauma in convalescence.Methods A total of 113 cases of patients with craniocerebral trauma who were treated in the department of neurosurgery in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2017 were randomly divided into the Naoxintong Capsule group,the Xinnaojian Capsule group and the combination group of both drugs.The cognitive status of patients was scored.Barthel index scale for activities of daily living(ADL)and MMSE scale for simple mental state evaluation were applied to jointly evaluate the improvement of patients'cognitive ability before and after medication for 1 month.Meanwhile,the efficacy and safety of drugs between the Naoxintong Capsule group,the Xinnaojian Capsule group and the two drugs combined group were compared.Results After 1 month of drug treatment,Barthel index scores of the single drug groups were improved,and that of the two drugs combined group was more obvious(P<0.01).MMSE scores of the single drug groups were also improved,while in the two drugs combined group,they were improved more significantly(P<0.01).There were no adverse reactions occurred among the three groups.Conclusion Naoxintong Capsule combined with Xinnaojian Capsule can effectively improve the cognitive impairment,ADL,mental state and the postoperative quality of life of patients with traumatic brain injury.
