内镜下金属钛夹联合组织胶注射治疗胃底静脉曲张的临床效果及其对并发症发生率的影响

The clinical effect of endoscopic metal titanium clips combined with tissue glue injection on gastric varices and the incidence of complications

目的分析内镜下金属钛夹联合组织胶注射治疗胃底静脉曲张的临床效果及在降低并发症发生率方面的应用价值。方法选取2014年2月~2019年12月在本院接受治疗的胃底静脉曲张患者108例。分析上述患者的病历资料,依据治疗方案将其分为两组,对照组患者均接受经内镜胃底静脉曲张结扎术治疗,观察组患者则给予内镜下金属钛夹联合组织胶注射治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、术后出血情况以及并发症总发生率。结果观察组患者术后1个月实施内镜检查,临床总好转率(94.44%)明显高于对照组(79.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后总再出血率(3.70%)明显低于对照组(16.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后的并发症总发生率(7.41%)明显低于对照组(22.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下金属钛夹联合组织胶注射治疗胃底静脉曲张的临床疗效可观,且该治疗方案可有效降低相关并发症的发生率,有利于提升手术治疗方案的安全性。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic metal titanium clip combined with tissue glue injection in the treatment of gastric varices and its application value in reducing the incidence of complications.Methods The observation subjects in this study were selected from patients with gastric fundus varicose veins treated in our hospital.The admission time of 108 patients was between February 2014 and December 2019.The medical records of the above patients were analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment plan.The control group received endoscopic gastric varices ligation,and the observation group received endoscopic metal titanium clamp combined with tissue glue injection.The clinical efficacy,postoperative bleeding and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the observation group underwent endoscopy one month after surgery.The total clinical improvement rate(94.44%)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total postoperative rebleeding rate of the observation group(3.70%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(16.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total postoperative complication rate of the observation group(7.41%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(22.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The endoscopic metal titanium clip combined with tissue glue injection in the treatment of gastric fundus varicose veins has considerable clinical effect,and this treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of related complications,which is beneficial to improve the safety of surgical treatment.
