耳穴埋籽对晚期肺癌患者癌因性疼痛和疲乏的控制作用 被引量:4

Controlling effect of ear-buried seeds on cancer-related pain and fatigue in patients with advanced lung cancer

摘要 目的探讨耳穴埋籽对晚期肺癌患者癌因性疼痛和疲乏的控制作用。方法选择2017年1月~2019年6月在我院门诊就诊的晚期肺癌患者84例,随机分为两组,每组各42例。对照组患者给予止痛治疗、心理干预、运动指导和饮食干预等西医常规干预措施,耳穴组患者在对照组西医常规干预措施基础上加用耳穴埋籽治疗,两组患者均干预8周。评估并比较两组患者干预前和干预8周后癌因性疼痛、疲乏及体力状况的改善情况,并比较不良反应。结果干预8周后,两组患者NRS评分和PFS评分较干预前显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且耳穴组患者下降幅度较对照组更显著(P<0.05);同时两组患者KPS评分较干预前显著上升(P<0.05或P<0.01),且耳穴组患者上升幅度较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。治疗期间耳穴组和对照组不良反应总发生率分别为28.57%(12/42)和35.71%(15/42),症状均较轻,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.490,P>0.05)。结论耳穴埋籽用于晚期肺癌患者的效果满意,能有效控制患者癌因性疼痛和疲乏,提高其体力状况。 Objective To explore the controlling effect of ear-buried seeds on cancer-related pain and fatigue in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 84 patients with advanced lung cancer treated in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine interventions such as analgesic treatment,psychological intervention,exercise guidance,and diet intervention.Patients in the auricular group were treated with ear-buried seeds based on conventional western medicine interventions in the control group.The patients in both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The improvement of cancer-related pain,fatigue,and physical condition before and after 8 weeks of intervention in the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,the NRS score and PFS score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the decrease in the auricular group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The KPS score of two groups was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the increase in the auricular group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the auricular group and the control group were 28.57%(12/42)and 35.71%(15/42),and the symptoms were mild.There was no significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=0.490,P>0.05).Conclusion The implication of ear-buried seeds in patients with advanced lung cancer has satisfactory results,and can effectively control cancer-related pain and fatigue,and improve their physical condition.
