一款危重患者血糖调控胰岛素调节应用软件的开发

Development of an application software for blood glucose regulation and insulin adjustment in patients with critically illness

目的设计一款危重患者血糖调控胰岛素调节应用软件,方便临床使用。方法血糖调控是危重患者整体治疗的重要部分,血糖的过高、过低或较大波动均可对危重患者产生损害,目前已达成共识应将其控制在一定的区间范围内(140~180 mg/dL),也可参照患者入院前血糖控制状况进行个体化设置。本研究在前期工作基础上,与信息工程人员共同制订一种适合国内人群的电子胰岛素调节方案,并开发一款应用软件。结果与既往采用纸质的血糖控制胰岛素方案比较,电子胰岛素调节方案能有效减少低血糖事件发生,减小血糖变异度,以应用软件为载体使用更为方便。结论血糖控制胰岛素调节应用软件的开发有利急危重患者的血糖控制,并且使用方便。

Objective To design an application software for blood glucose regulation and insulin adjustment in patients with critically illness,which is convenient for clinical application.Methods Blood glucose regulation is a vital part of the overall treatment of patients with critical illness.Too high,too low or violent fluctuations of blood glucose may cause damage to patients with critical illness.A consensus that it should be controlled within a certain range(140-180 mg/dl)has been reached,or individualized setting can be made with reference to the blood glucose control status of patients before admission.On the basis of previous work,we worked with IT engineers to develop an electronic insulin regulation scheme suitable for domestic people and developed an application software.Results Compared with the previous paper-based blood glucose control insulin scheme,the electronic insulin adjustment scheme can effectively reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia,reduce the variability of blood glucose,and it is more convenient to use the application software as the carrier.Conclusion The development of the application software of insulin adjustment for blood glucose regulation is beneficial to the blood glucose control of acute and critical patients,and it is convenient for application.
