综合性干预措施预防重症艾滋病职业暴露的效果观察

Effectiveness of comprehensive interventions in preventing occupational exposure to severe AIDS

目的观察综合性干预措施预防重症艾滋病职业暴露的效果。方法本院ICU自2013年7月~2018年6月诊治66例重症AIDS患者,发生职业暴露17人次,2015年7~2018年6采取综合性干预措施(干预组),分析综合性干预措施前(对照组)和干预后(干预组)职业暴露情况。结果干预组暴露人次/住院日(8.95‰)明显低于对照组(53.23‰)(P<0.05),干预组医务人员满意度明显高于对照组(89%vs 78%,P<0.05),干预组离岗意愿率明显低于对照组(21%vs 51%,P<0.05)。结论重症艾滋病患者采取综合性干预措施不但有效预防职业暴露,而且明显提高医务人员的满意度和降低其离岗意愿。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive interventions in preventing occupational exposure to severe AIDS.Methods 66 patients with severe AIDS in the ICU of our hospital from June 2013 to June 2018 were diagnosed and treated,and 17 had occupational exposures.The comprehensive intervention measures(intervention group)were taken from July 2015 to June 2018.The occupational exposure before comprehensive intervention measures(control group)and post-intervention(intervention group)was analyzed.Results The number of exposures/days of hospitalization in the intervention group(8.95‰)was significantly lower than that in the control group(53.23‰)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical staff in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(89%vs 78%,P<0.05).The intervention group's willingness to leave the job was significantly lower than that of the control group(21%vs 51%,P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive interventions for patients with severe AIDS not only effectively prevent occupational exposure,but also significantly increase the satisfaction of medical staff and reduce their willingness to leave the job.
