低频脉冲治疗仪结合中医穴位按摩对产妇产后泌乳及乳房胀痛的临床效果

The clinical effect of low frequency pulse electrotherapeutic apparatus combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage on postpartum lactation and breast tenderness

目的探讨低频脉冲治疗仪结合中医穴位按摩对产妇产后泌乳及乳房胀痛的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月96例产妇,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各48例。两组产妇均行常规的母乳喂养指导,在此基础上对照组予低频脉冲治疗仪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医穴位按摩治疗,比较两组患者的泌乳量、乳腺炎发生率、乳房胀痛缓解程度和治疗后3个月生活质量改善情况。结果观察组母乳充盈占比为56.25%,高于对照组患者的25.00%(P<0.05);观察组无发生乳腺炎病例,低于对照组乳腺炎发生率的12.50%(P<0.05);观察组干预1~3 d乳房胀痛评分为(5.31±0.47)分、(1.79±0.12)分、(1.43±0.10)分;对照组干预1~3 d乳房胀痛评分为(6.73±0.69)分、(2.91±0.28)分、(2.38±0.24)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组心理健康评分为(81.23±10.28)分,生理功能为(88.15±7.51)分,生活能力为(83.75±8.92)分,社会关系为(82.67±8.93)分;对照组心理健康评分为(74.32±9.71)分,生理功能为(81.37±8.21)分,生活能力为(73.61±9.91)分,社会关系为(74.87±10.72)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇应用低频脉冲治疗仪并结合中医辨证穴位按摩配合乳房按摩,可促进乳汁分泌,可有效缓解患者乳房胀痛程度,降低乳腺炎发生率,对临床具有指导意义。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of low frequency pulse electrotherapeutic apparatus combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage on postpartum lactation and breast pain.Methods A total of 96 parturients from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups underwent routine breastfeeding instruction.On this basis,the control group was treated with a low frequency pulse electrotherapeutic apparatus,and the observation group was treated with acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The milk production,mastitis incidence,breast pain relief,and quality of life improvement three months after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of breast milk filling in the observation group was 56.25%,which was higher than 25.00%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no mastitis in the observation group,which was lower than the incidence of mastitis(12.50%)in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of breast pain in the observation group were(5.31±0.47)points,(1.79±0.12)points,and(1.43±0.10)points after intervention for 1-3 days.The score of breast pain in the control group after intervention for 1-3 days was(6.73±0.69)points,(2.91±0.28)points,and(2.38±0.24)points.The difference in the scores of breast pain between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Three months after treatment,the mental health score,the physiological function,the living ability,and the social relations of the observation group was(81.23±10.28)points,(88.15±7.51)points,(83.75±8.92)points and(82.67±8.93)points,respectively.The mental health score,the physiological function,the living ability,and the social relations of the control group was(74.32±9.71)points,(81.37±8.21)points,(73.61±9.91)points,and(74.87±10.72)points.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low frequency pulse electrotherapeutic apparatus to parturients combined with TCM acupoint massage and breast massage can promote milk secretion,effectively relieve the degree of breast pain,and reduce the incidence of mastitis,which is of clinical significance.
