营养护理导航在造血干细胞移植患者中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨营养护理导航对造血干细胞移植患者营养状况变化的影响。方法选取2017年6月~2019年6月在本院血液科行造血干细胞移植患者130例,对照组按照传统的营养护理,而研究组按照营养护理导航进行护理。比较两组间的体重、体质量指数、腹围、清蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮等营养指标。结果营养护理导航的研究组在造血干细胞移植后第2周在体重、体质量指数、清蛋白、血肌酐指标分别为(60.67±11.64)kg、(21.88±4.07)kg/m^2、(35.10±3.78)g/L、(47.78±11.23)μmol/L,对照组分别为(56.34±12.56)kg、(20.53±3.66)kg/m^2、(33.66±4.32)g/L、(43.51±13.12)μmol/L,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而两组的腹围和尿素氮比较无统计学意义,研究组分别为(80.56±10.05)cm和(2.91±1.68)mmol/L,而对照组分别为(78.98±10.02)cm和(2.63±1.65)mmol/L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论营养护理导航有助于改善造血干细胞移植患者的营养状况。 Objective To explore the effect of nutritional nursing navigation on the changes of nutritional status of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods A total of 130 patients who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the Department of Hematology of our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected.The control group received traditional nutritional care.And the research group was given the nursing according to the nutrition nursing navigation.The body weight,body mass index,abdominal circumference,albumin,creatinine,urea nitrogen,and other nutritional indicators were compared between the two groups.Results At the second week after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,the body weight,body mass index,albumin,and serum creatinine indexes of the nutrition navigation research group were(60.67±11.64)kg,(21.88±4.07)kg/m^2,(35.10±3.78)g/L,and(47.78±11.23)μmol/L,respectively.Those of the control group were(56.34±12.56)kg,(20.53±3.66)kg/m^2,(33.66±4.32)g/L,and(43.51±13.12)μmol/L,respectively,with statistically significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in abdominal circumference and urea nitrogen between the two groups,which were(80.56±10.05)cm and(2.91±1.68)mmol/L in the study group and(78.98±10.02)cm and(2.63±1.65)mmol/L in the control group,respectively,with no statistical significance.Conclusion Nutritional nursing navigation helps improve the nutritional status of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
