摘要 透明矿山建设可分为矿山外部生产环境透明化建设和矿山内部生产环境透明化建设,前者通过建设矿山多源数据协同共享平台消除困扰矿山的“信息孤岛”和“子系统孤岛”现象,实现对矿井生产过程中人设备环境所产生基础多源大数据的透明化管理;后者通过智能算法对反演模型的优化以及通过构建约束模型耦合基于平台实时获取的巷道、钻探以及回采动态揭露的多源先验数据,提高矿山地质勘探的精准性。透明矿山建设涉及范围广、实施难度大,通过对矿山生产各专业信息的逐步积累和充分挖掘利用,逐步提高矿井安全隐患、水、瓦斯等更大范围和更高维度的透明化建设,为矿山的智能无人开采提供精准数据支持。 Transparent mine construction can be divided into the transparency construction of external production environment and internal production environment of mine.The transparency construction of external production environment eliminated the"information island"and"sub-system island"by building mine multi-source data collaborative sharing platform,and realized transparent management of basic multi-source data generated by people,equipment and environment in the mine production process.The transparency construction of internal production environment improved the accuracy of mine geological exploration through the optimization of inversion model by intelligent algorithms and the construction of constrained models coupled with dynamic multi-source priori data based on the platform's real-time acquisition of roadway excavation,drilling and mining.The transparent mine construction involved a wide range and was difficult to implement.Through the gradual accumulation and full exploitation and utilization of information from all specialties of mine production,the transparency construction of a wider range and higher dimension of mine safety hazards,water,gas and other aspects would be gradually improved to provide accurate data support for intelligent unmanned mining.
