A Study on the Prevention of the Crime Risks Using Ant Credit Pay

鉴于利用互联网消费信贷平台实施犯罪行为数量不断上升及其衍生的法律和金融风险,学界需要对此进行专门的犯罪风险和对策研究。以“蚂蚁花呗”为例,通过研究利用“蚂蚁花呗”实施犯罪的潜在风险,提出预防和打击相关违法犯罪行为的措施,以期高效应对新兴金融产品的衍生风险,提高网络支付环境的安全性,遏制互联网违法犯罪行为,提高公安机关处理网络诈骗的能力。

In view of the increasing criminal acts committed by the users of Internet credit consumption platforms and the derivative legal and financial risks,the academic community needs to carry out specialized research on crime risks and countermeasures.Taking"Ant Credit Pay"as an example,this paper examines the potential risks of using"Ant Credit Pay"to commit crimes and puts forward some countermeasures to prevent and combat relevant illegal crimes.It hopes to effectively cope with the derivative risks of emerging financial products,secure the online payment environment,curb online illegal crimes,and enable the public security organs to fight against Internet fraud.
