摘要
目的分析不同年龄段SCH(亚临床性甲状腺功能减退)的特点,讨论SCH对于代谢的影响,从而做到早预防、早干预。方法对来我院健康管理科进行健康体检的58152例成年人的体检结果进行不同性别、年龄的SCH与MS(代谢异常综合征)检出率分析;正常组和SCH组进行MS、高血糖、高血脂、肥胖、高血压的统计学分析。结果女性的SCH检出率显著高于男性(P<0.001);男性的MS检出率显著高于女性(P<0.001)。将人群按年龄分为3组,结果显示每个年龄组女性患病率均高于男性(P<0.001);SCH的检出率在年龄上差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。男女分别进行SCH组和正常组的MS、高血糖、高血脂、肥胖、高血压的比较,女性SCH组的MS、高血脂、肥胖、高血压、血糖的检出率均显著高于正常组(P<0.001)。男性SCH组的MS、高血脂、肥胖、高血压检出率均显著高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论重庆健康人群的SCH检出率较高,尤其是中老人女性;SCH与MS以及高血脂、肥胖、高血压的发生有相关性,建议进行联合早筛查,做到早预防、早干预。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of different age groups of SCH(subclinical hypothyroidism),and evaluate the effect of SCH on metabolism,so as to achieve the early prevention and early intervention.Methods The data of 58152 adults who came to the health management department of our hospital for the physical examination was analyzed for the detection rates of SCH and MS(metabolic syndrome)among different genders and ages,and the statistical analysis of MS,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia,obesity and hypertension was carried out in both the normal group and the SCH group.Results The detection rate of SCH in female was significantly higher than that in male(P<0.001),while the detection rate of MS in male was significantly higher than that in female(P<0.001).Also,our study showed that the prevalence rate of women in each age group was higher than that of men(P<0.001)and the detection rate of SCH was significantly different across different age groups(P<0.05).The detection rates of MS,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia,obesity and hypertension in the female SCH group were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P<0.001).The detection rates of MS,hyperlipidemia,obesity and hypertension in the male SCH group were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of SCH among healthy people in Chongqing area is high,especially in middle-aged and elderly women.There is a correlation between SCH and MS,as well as the occurrence of hyperlipidemia,obesity and hypertension.It is suggested that the early screenings of these indexes should be combined to achieve the early prevention and early intervention.
