枯草芽孢杆菌XF-1对十字花科作物体内异硫氰酸苯乙酯含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 利用枯草芽孢杆菌XF-1的发酵液处理十字花科作物大白菜、油菜、红菜苔、大头菜、萝卜、水果萝卜和花椰菜,通过HPLC检测了各作物根部的异硫氰酸苯乙酯含量和黑芥子酶活性。结果表明:未处理的萝卜体内的异硫氰酸苯乙酯含量最高,达2.369 mg/g;经XF-1处理后,各作物根部的异硫氰酸苯乙酯含量均有所提高,以大头菜的提高幅度最大,增长率达122.09%;未处理的水果萝卜体内的黑芥子酶活性最高,达4.587 U/mg;处理后各作物的黑芥子酶活性均有不同程度的提高,以萝卜的增幅最大,增长率达68.33%。说明XF-1可能参与了十字花科作物硫代葡萄糖苷的代谢,从而提高了各作物对根肿病的抗性。 Phenethyl isothiocyanate content and myrosinase activity of cruciferous crops,such as Chinese cabbage,canola,purple flowering stalk,rutabaga,radish,fruit radish and cauliflower were tested by HPLC after the crops were drenched with Bacillus subtilis XF-1 ferment solution.The results showed that phenethyl isothiocyanate was quite different among the crops untreated,and radish had the highest content of 2.369 mg/g based on HPLC analysis.The content of the roots increased to some degree after XF-1 treatment,Rutabaga had the largest increase(122.09%).The untreated fruit radish had the highest myrosinase activity(4.587 U/mg).The activity of the crops increased after XF-1 treatment,and radish had the largest increase(68.33%).These results implied that XF-1 might be involved in the glucosinolate metabolism,thus clubroot disease resistance of cruciferous crops could be impoved.
