鲜烟不同采收成熟度和SPAD值与烤后烟叶质量关系研究

Study on Relationship among Harvest Maturity,SPAD Values and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco after Curing

以烤烟K326品种为试验材料,应用叶绿素测定仪测定了各部位不同鲜烟成熟度的SPAD值,并对相应烤后烟叶的外观质量、经济效益、化学成分进行评价分析。结果表明:不同部位烟叶SPAD值随着采收成熟度的增加而降低,SPAD值与叶绿素含量存在显著负相关关系,表明叶绿素测定仪检测的SPAD值能较好地指示烟叶成熟度,并可用于烟叶成熟度的判断。综合各项指标,下、中、上3个部位理想烟叶成熟度对应的鲜烟叶SPAD值分别为15.26~17.80、19.16~22.61、15.13~22.73,烤后烟叶外观质量、经济性状及化学成分协调性最好。

SPAD values of K326 fresh tobacco leaves with different maturity were measured by chlorophyll-meter.The corresponding appearance quality,economic characteristics and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco after curing were evaluated and analyzed.The results showed that the SPAD values of different parts of flue-cured tobacco decreased with the increase of tobacco maturity.The SPAD values of were negatively correlated with chlorophyll contents.The values of SPAD detected by chlorophyll-meter could better represent the maturity of leaf tobacco and could be used to judge harvest maturity.When the ideal values of SPAD of fresh tobacco leaves corresponding to the harvest maturity of lower,middle and upper parts of tobacco leaves were 15.26~17.80,19.16~22.61 and 15.13~22.73,the appearance quality,economic characteristics and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco after curing were the best.
