摘要
靛红芳亚甲基化合物在医药上可作为酪氨酸酶转移调节剂,抗菌消炎、止痛剂;在农药上具有一定的杀虫、除草活性。这类化合物一般都是通过Knovenagel反应合成,通过不断优化催化剂及反应条件达到绿色清洁的目的。本文系统的简述了近20年间的靛红芳亚甲基化合物以及其衍生物的合成以及在抗癌药物活性,抑菌活性,以及除草活性方面的研究的进展。
Aryl methyl-indole-2-ketone compound compound can be used as tyrosinase transfer regulator,antibacterial anti-inflammatory and analgesic in medicine.It has certain insecticidal and herbicidal activity on pesticide.Such compounds are generally synthesized through Knovenagel reaction,and the purpose of green cleaning is achieved through continuous optimization of catalyst and reaction conditions.The synthesis of indirubin and its derivatives and the research progress on anticancer drug activity,bacteriostatic activity and herbicidal activity in recent 20 years were reviewed.
