粉煤灰中游离氧化钙分析方法研究进展

摘要 煤炭燃烧产生的粉煤灰会严重影响生态环境,必须采取有效措施处理粉煤灰。根据其成分和性质,粉煤灰主要用于建筑材料,其中的游离氧化钙对材料性能的稳定性有较大影响。目前粉煤灰中游离氧化钙的分析方法有国标代用法(甘油法、乙二醇法、乙二醇萃取-EDTA滴定法)、蔗糖法、微波加热法、游离氧化钙快速测定仪及电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法等其他仪器分析法,本文对这些方法进行综合论述,以期为我国粉煤灰的资源化利用提供参考。 Fly ash produced by coal combustion will seriously affect the environment,effective measures must be taken for this purpose.Owing to its composition and properties,fly ash can be used in building materials.In this application,one element,the free calcium oxide in fly ash,has a greater impact on the stability of building materials.Therefore,measurement and analysis of free calcium oxide is significant.At present,methods to measure and analyze free calcium oxide in fly ash include:national standard usage(glycerol method,ethylene glycol method,ethylene glycol extraction-EDTA titration method),sucrose method,microwave heating method,free calcium oxide rapid tester and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,and some other instrumental analysis methods.These methods were reviewed and discussed in order to provide references for the utilization of fly ash in China.
