矿用低起始可膨胀石墨制备规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 为稳定低起始矿用EG凝胶应用效果,提高低起始可膨胀石墨制备品质,实验通过对操作流程与制备工艺实施流程进行微差异对比,结合平行试验对药剂添加顺序、单次石墨最大制备量、蠕虫性状等因素的分析,总结出直接插层工艺条件下制备规律对制备品质的影响及蠕虫性状与插层反应的规律。研究结果表明:规律研究成果有助于降低实验误差影响,减少制备损耗,提高制备品质,增强低起始矿用EG凝胶应用效果稳定性。 In order to stabilize the application effect of low-initial mining EG gel and improve the preparation quality of low-initial expandable graphite,the experiment was carried out by comparing the operation process and the implementation process of the preparation process with slight differences,combined with parallel experiments to determine the order of drug addition and the maximum single graphite.The influence of preparation rules on preparation quality under direct intercalation process conditions and the rules of worm traits and intercalation reaction was summarized by the analysis of factors such as preparation quantity and worm traits.The results showed that the research results of the law help reduce the influence of experimental errors,reduce preparation loss,improve preparation quality,and enhance the stability of the application effect of low-initial mining EG gel.
