动物生物安全四级实验室中半开放式猴负压隔离器的性能检测与现存问题思考

Performance Test of Semi-Open Monkey Negative Pressure Isolator in Animal Biosafety Level 4 Laboratory and Thinking of Existing Problems

目的:通过对半开放式猴负压隔离器的性能检测与现存问题的探讨,掌握其性能现状,以确保动物生物安全四级实验室的防护水平。方法:根据GB 14925-2010《实验动物环境及设施》及RB199-2015《实验室设备生物安全性能评价技术规范》,对半开放式猴负压隔离器的洁净度、换气次数、动物照度、氨浓度、噪声、工作窗口气流流向、过滤器检漏、压差等进行性能检测。对常见问题进行了分析并提出合理化建议。结果:4个检测项目全部符合技术要求,性能符合国家标准。对照度、风机、一体式拼接尺寸及笼具清洗等问题提出建议及改造方案。结论:确保半开放式猴负压隔离器处于良好的运转状态,并对我国生物安全实验室半开放式猴负压隔离器建造及改造提出了借鉴和指导,为我国发布半开放式猴负压隔离器相关标准的实施提供参考依据。

Objective:To ensure the protection level of high level bio-safety laboratory by exploring the performance testing and existing problems of semi-open negative pressure monkey isolator.Methods:According to GB 14925-2010"Environment and facilities for laboratory animals"and RB199-2015"Technical code for evaluating bio-safety Performance of laboratory equipment",Cleanliness,ventilation times,animal illumination,ammonia concentration,noise,flow direction in working window,filter leak detection,differential pressure for performance testing.Analyze common problems and make rational recommendations.Results:All the four test items met the technical requirements and the performance was qualified.Make Suggestions and improvement plans for the illumination,the fan,the integral splicing size and the cage cleaning.Conclusion:To ensure the good operation of the Semi-open Negative-pressure Monkey Isolator,and to provide reference and guidance for the construction and transformation of the Semi-open Negative-pressure Monkey Isolator in China's bio-safety laboratory,and provide reference for the implementation of the relevant standards for the release of Semi-open Negative-pressure Monkey Isolator in China.
