伴单克隆IgG沉积的增生性肾小球肾炎1例
A case of proliferative glomerulonephritis with monoclonal IgG deposits
摘要
单克隆免疫球蛋白病(monoclonal gammopathy,MGP)相关增生性肾小球肾炎是由异常单克隆增殖的B淋巴细胞或浆细胞持续分泌的免疫球蛋白,通过直接和间接机制导致的增生性肾小球肾炎。直接机制为:单克隆免疫复合物沉积于肾小球系膜区和毛细血管袢,并且激活补体经典途径,最终形成单克隆免疫球蛋白及补体在肾脏的沉积,导致的肾小球膜增生样病。
