核电厂主控操作台抗震鉴定分析

摘要 采用有限元的方法对核电厂主控操作台进行分析,探究整个主控操作台在地震条件下的结构完整性,并在新的抗震要求下,对主控制台进行瞬态地震响应分析。结果表明:原先已进行抗震试验的主控制台不同位置的抗震试验响应谱能够包络地震响应分析的响应谱,采用分析法确定主控操作台能够满足结构的完整性,主控制台在新的抗震要求下能够通过抗震试验。 Finite element analysis was used to study the structural integrity of a main control console in a nuclear power plant under seismic conditions,while transient seismic response of the console was analyzed to meet new seismic requirements.Results show that the response spectrum obtained in original seismic test at different positions of the main control console can envelop that in seismic response analysis,indicating that the integrity of the console structure determined by the analysis method could be maintained during the seismic test performed under new requirements.
