摘要
目的调查浙江省护士长领导力及护士工作满意度现状,探讨两者的相关性。方法采用护士一般资料调查表、护士长领导力测评问卷和护士工作满意度量表对浙江省24所综合医院的2226名护士进行调查。结果护士对护士长领导力评分为(4.23±0.82)分,护士工作满意度评分为(3.76±0.72)分。护士工作满意度与护士长领导力呈正相关,分层回归分析显示医院等级、科室以及护士长领导力及各维度能解释护士工作满意度的43.9%。结论护士工作满意度与护士长领导力具有相关性,且受多种因素影响,其中护士长领导力的提升能提高护士工作满意度。
Objective To investigate the present status on head nurses’leadership and nurses’job satisfaction in Zhejiang Province and study the correlation.Method Investigate 2226 nurses from 24 general hospitals in Zhejiang Province by general information questionnaire,evaluation questionnaire of head nurses’leadership and nurses’job satisfaction scale.Result Score on head nurses’leadership evaluated by nurses is(4.23±0.82)and score on nurses’job satisfaction is(3.76±0.72).Nurses’job satisfaction has positive correlation with head nurses’leadership.Hierarchical regression analysis shows that rank of hospital,department,head nurses’leadership and each dimension can explain 43.9%of nurses’job satisfaction.Conclusion There is correlation between head nurses’leadership and nurses’job satisfaction,which is influenced by many factors.Promotion on head nurses’leadership can improve nurses’job satisfaction.
