摘要
研究了甘油连续生物歧化过程的参数辨识问题.针对该问题,首先给出甘油连续生物歧化过程的数学模型,然后考虑底物比消耗速率和各产物比生成速率的非负约束要求,构建了参数辨识优化模型.通过MATLAB计算,获得了甘油连续生物歧化过程的最优模型参数.与已有文献结果相比,本文获得了更小的浓度误差值.
This paper deals with the parameter identification for continuous bio-dissimilation process of glycerol.For this problem,a mathematical model for the continuous bio-dissimilation process of glycerol is first presented.Then,considering the nonnegative constraints for the specific consumption rate of substrate glycerol and the specific formation rate of each product,the optimization model for the parameter identification is constructed.By using the MATLAB,the optimal parameters are obtained.Compared with the parameters of existing literatures,the smaller concentration errors are attained.
