“三全育人”视角下动物医学专业人才培养状况调查及对策分析——以C校为例

Investigation and countermeasure analysis on the training status of veterinary medicine professionals from“Three Aspects of Education”——Take the C University as an example

“三全育人”综合改革对当下高校育人体系和格局提出了更高的要求.本文从基于“三全育人”视角,通过调查问卷、座谈会和个别访谈等形式对C校本科生人才培养状况进行调研,结合调研结果分别从招生入学、培养过程以及毕业去向三方面进行分析,并提出针对性的措施与建议,为提升动物医学专业人才培养质量提供建议和参考.

The comprehensive reform of“Three Aspects of Education”puts forward higher requirements on the current university education system and pattern.Based on“Three Aspects of Education”,this article investi⁃gates the status of undergraduates in the C University through questionnaires,seminars and individual interviews,analyzing the enrollment,training process and graduation destination based on the survey results and proposing targeted measures and suggestions,for improving the quality of veterinary medicine professionals to provide suggestions and references.
