Correlation between frailty syndrome and senile pneumonia and clinical intervention strategies

全球老龄化进程不断加速,亟需加强对老年人健康问题的关注。肺炎是老年人常见的疾病之一,由于机体增龄相关改变及合并基础疾病,老年肺炎患者起病隐匿,病情进展迅速,病情危重,临床治疗困难,预后极差。衰弱综合征是目前老年医学领域的研究热点,其严重影响老年人健康状况、生活质量及疾病预后,给公共医疗卫生保健服务、社会家庭带来巨大负担。衰弱可以预测老年患者跌倒、残疾甚至死亡等结局的风险。本文将对衰弱综合征与老年肺炎相关性及治疗的研究进展进行综述。

With the accelerating of global aging process,it is urgent to pay more attention to the health of the elderly.Pneumonia is one of the most common diseases in the elderly,with insidious onset,rapid progress,many complications and critical condition.Frailty syndrome is a research hotspot in the field of geriatrics,which seriously affects the health status,quality of life and prognosis of the elderly,and brings great burden to public medical,health care services and families.Frailty can predict the risk of falling,disability and even death in older patients.It is one of the most common diseases in the elderly,with insidious onset,rapid progress,many complications and critical condition.In this paper,the correlation between frailty syndrome and senile pneumonia and its treatment are reviewed.
