摘要 飞蝗在田间有群居型和散居型两种表型,两型间可以相互转变,这种转变是表型可塑性过程。表型可塑性是昆虫对环境变化的响应,通过表型改变来适应恶劣环境达到生存繁衍的目的。群居型和散居型蝗虫在体表颜色、外部形态、发育及生理特征、行为参数等方面都存在明显差异。总结蝗虫表型可塑性调控机制研究进展,并对未来趋势进行了展望,以期控制蝗虫的危害。 Locusta migratoria has two phenotypes in the field:solitarious and gregarious types,and the two types can transform each other,which is a process of phenotypic plasticity.Phenotypic plasticity is the response of insects to environmental changes,through which they the adapt to the hostile environment to survive and reproduce.There are obvious differences between solitarious and gregarious types in body surface color,external morphology,development and physiological characteristics,and behavioral parameters.Many studies have been devoted to finding the key factor to regulate the phase transition in recent years.In this review,we summarized the research progresses of phenotypic plasticity regulation mechanism of locusts,and propected the future trend in order to control the plague of locusts.
