摘要
目的探讨精细化护理培训后NICU护士的早产儿护理工作体验的变化情况。方法采用目的抽样法随机抽取13名接受早产儿精细化护理培训的NICU护士进行半结构式访谈,将访谈的文字稿录入中文版的质性研究软件(nvivo11)中,通过主题分析法对访谈内容进行收集、整理和分析。结果细化护理培训后,NICU护士在工作内容延伸、推动改革实施及自我发展加快3个方面发生变化。结论精细化护理培训能够有效促使NICU护士的早产儿工作内容发生变化,但尚需进一步量化评估相关程度。
Objective To explore the changes of work contents of NICU nurses after intensive nursing training.Methods Thirteen NICU nurses who received intensive nursing training in a hospital were randomly selected for semi-structured interviews by means of objective sampling.The text of the interviews was imported into the Chinese version of the qualitative research software(nvivo11).The interviews were collected,collated and analyzed by thematic analysis.Results After intensive nursing training,the changes of work contents of NICU nurses are mainly embodied in three themes:extension of work contents,promotion of reform and implementation,and acceleration of self-development,but the degree of change among different themes is also different.Conclusion Fine nursing training can effectively change the work content of NICU nurses.Therefore,clinical attention should be paid to the training of NICU nurses in order to improve the quality of nursing work in NICU.
