程序式健康教育对初治白血病患者PICC置管率、疾病认知水平及自我护理能力的影响研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探究程序式健康教育对初治白血病患者PICC置管率、疾病认知水平及自我护理能力的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2019年3月在本院进行治疗的110例符合PICC相应指征的白血病患者为研究对象。将其随机分为常规组及观察组。对常规组患者进行常规健康教育,对观察组患者行程序式健康教育,比较两组患者的PICC置管率、疾病认知水平及自我护理能力。结果观察组患者的PICC置管率为92.73%,显著高于常规组的70.91%(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者对疾病的认知水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的认知评分为(91.26±2.31)分,显著高于常规组的(77.64±1.76)分(P<0.01);观察组患者在干预后自我护理能力评分为(17.74±3.79)分,显著优于常规组的(12.91±3.42)分(P<0.01)。结论对初治白血病患者进行程序式健康教育,能够有效提高其PICC置管率,同时有助于提高患者的疾病认知水平及自我护理能力,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of programmed health education on PICC catheterization rate,disease cognition level and self-care ability in patients with newly diagnosed leukemia.Methods A total of 110 patients with leukemia who met the corresponding indications of PICC were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into the conventional group and the observation group.The coventional group was given routine health education.Observation group patients underwent programmed health education and compared PICC placement rate,disease cognition level and self-care ability in the two groups.Results The PICC catheterization rate of the observation group was 92.73%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(70.91%)(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the cognitive level between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the cognitive score of the observation group was(91.26±2.31),which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(77.64±1.76)(P<0.01).The self-care ability score after intervention was(17.74±3.79),which was significantly better than that of the conventional group(12.91±3.42)(P<0.01).Conclusion The program-based health education for patients with newly diagnosed leukemia can effectively improve the PICC placement rate,and contribute to the patient's disease cognition level and self-care ability,which is worth promoting.
