摘要
以4,4′-二羟基二苯甲酮为原料合成四羟基四苯乙烯(M1),并将其作为酚源与联苯胺及多聚甲醛进行Mannich缩合反应以制备出具有四苯基乙烯骨架的交联型聚苯并噁嗪(P1)。随后通过机械化学活化使P1与4,4′-二异腈基联苯(M2)发生特定苯并噁嗪-异腈官能团反应,固相研磨1 h后以70%的产率得到一种交联型聚酰胺衍生物(P2)。结果表明:ssBIC反应可作为一种有效制备聚酰胺的新方法。
4,4′,4′′,4′′′-(ethene-1,1,2,2-tetrayl)tetraphenol(M1)was synthesized from 4,4′-dihydroxy-benzophenone as starting material,and the cross-linked polybenzoxazine(P1),which with tetraphenylethene skeleton,was prepared via Mannich condensation between M1,benzidine and paraformaldehyde.Subsequently,a cross-linked polyamide(P2),which was obtained in a yield of 70%after 1 h of manual grinding,was prepared by specific chemical reaction between P1 and 4,4′-diisocyano-1,1′-biphenyl(M2)via mechanochemical activated solid-state benzoxazine-isocyanide-chemistry.Experimental results show that ssBIC can be used as a new method for the efficient preparation of polyamides.
