社会资本、产业结构优化与经济高质量发展——基于丝绸之路经济带国内沿线省份的实证检验

Social Capital,Industrial Structure Optimization and High-quality Economic Development——Based on the Empirical Test of Provinces along the Silk Road Economic Belt

理论上分析了社会资本与产业结构优化对经济高质量发展的作用机理;同时,以2000—2017年丝绸之路经济带9省(区、市)为样本,分析了丝绸之路经济带经济高质量发展的时空演变特征,并采用固定效应模型及门槛模型实证分析了社会资本、产业结构优化对经济高质量发展的影响。研究结果表明:丝绸之路经济带沿线省份经济高质量发展总体水平在不断提升,高水平的经济高质量发展省份集中在西南地区。社会资本、产业结构高级化、产业结构合理化都对经济高质量发展存在正向影响,社会资本能够通过优化产业结构推进经济高质量发展,且以上结论存在时空异质性。从社会资本结构来看,社会网络、社会信任、社会规范与产业结构优化具有良好的关联作用,对经济高质量发展具有显著促进作用。进一步的研究发现,产业结构优化对经济高质量发展的影响存在门槛效应,不同的社会资本水平下,产业结构优化对经济高质量发展的影响存在差异。

This study theoretically analyzes the roles of social capital and industrial structure optimization in high-quality economic development.Taking nine provinces and regions in the Silk Road Economic Belt as a sample,this paper studies the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of high-quality economic development of the Silk Road Economic Belt from 2000 to 2017,and empirically analyzes the impact of social capital and industrial structure optimization on high-quality economic development by using a fixed effects model and a threshold model.The results show that the overall level of high-quality economic development in the Silk Road Economic Belt is constantly improving,and the high-level high-quality economic development provinces and regions are concentrated in the southwest region.Social capital,the upgrading and the rationalization of industrial structure all have positive effects on the high-quality development of economies.Social capital can promote high-quality economic development by optimizing industrial structure.The conclusions above possess space-time heterogeneity.Social network,social trust,social norms and industrial structure optimization have a positive correlation and a significant promotion effects on high-quality economic development from the perspective of social capital structure.Further the research finds that the impact of industrial structure optimization on high-quality economic development has a threshold effect.With different social capital,the impact of industrial structure optimization on high-quality economic development is different.
