企业数字化质量管理能力评价研究——以原材料行业企业为例

党的十九大报告明确提出了高质量发展的要求,而供给侧产品质量提升是高质量发展的重要因素。论文基于现有理论方法,抓住信息技术在企业质量管控中的关键作用点,综合考虑企业质量管理意识、数字化质量管控能力以及质量效益,面向制造业企业构建了数字化质量管理能力评价体系,引导企业打造以质量数据为驱动、以质量管理体系为抓手、以质量效益提升为目的的数字化质量管理能力。论文基于两化融合服务平台原材料企业数据进行实证分析,发现机器设备数字化程度和联网率、产品设计和工艺设计阶段的数字化质量管控能力是进一步提升数字化质量管理能力的关键。

The report of the 19th National People's Congress of the communist party of China clearly put forward the requirements for high-quality development,and the improvement of prod⁃uct quality on the supply side is a necessary factor for high-quality development.Based on the existing theories and methods,this paper focused on the key application points of information technology in enterprise quality control,and comprehensively considered enterprises'quality management awareness,digital quality control ability and quality benefits.For production-ori⁃ented manufacturing enterprises,a digital quality management capability evaluation system was constructed,which guided enterprises to improve their digital quality management capability with quality data as the driving force,quality management system as the starting point,and quali⁃ty benefits improvement as the purpose.This paper made an empirical analysis based on the da⁃ta of raw material enterprises of the integration service platform,and found that the digitization degree and connection rate of machine and equipment,and the digitization quality control ability in product design and process design stages were the keys to further improve the digitization quality management ability.
