地域特征视角下的山区民宿发展研究——以浙江省丽水市为例

A Research on Development of Mountain Homestays from the Perspective of Regional Characteristics

在我国提出乡村振兴战略以及加快形成“双循环”新发展格局的背景下,加快乡村民宿的发展显得越发重要。本文以浙西南山区民宿为研究对象,通过采集丽水数字高程图(DEM)、高等级景区、民宿基本信息、游客评论等多源数据,利用地理信息系统及网络文本分析工具,对丽水山区民宿的宏观空间分布、中观民宿环境、微观民宿个体特征以及游客感知等方面进行了多维刻画,并在此基础上分析了丽水民宿存在的问题。最后,提出横纵双向优化民宿布局,强化民宿产品体验,拓展民宿产业链条,促进省域要素大循环等民宿发展策略。

In the context of the Rural Vitalization Strategy and the"dual circulation"development pattern,it is more and more important to accelerate the development of maintain homestays.Based on the research on the mountain homestays in the Southwest of Zhejiang Province,by collecting the multi-source data of Lishui digital elevation map(DEM),high-level scenic spots,basic information of homestays and tourists'comments,and using geographic information system and network text analysis tools,this paper studies the macro spatial distribution,the meso residential environment,the individual characteristics of micro homestays and the tourists'perception of homestays in Lishui mountain area.On this basis,this paper analyzes the problems in the development of Lishui homestay industry and finally puts forward the development strategies such as optimizing the layout of homestays in both horizontal and vertical directions,strengthening the experience of homestay products,expanding the chain of homestay industry,and promoting the large circulation of provincial elements.
