带自动报警装置的导轨式液压钻架设计研究

摘要 钻架承载着地质钻机各部件的重量,因此钻架的稳定性、合理性,决定了钻机的性能。钻进时钻机会对钻架施加一定的作用力,致使钻架表现出复杂的动力学状态。目前市场上的钻架如锚柱式、立柱式、圆盘式等,针对现有钻架的不足,结合工程实际,根据钻架工作时的力学机制,我们提出的带自动报警装置的导轨式液压钻架设计思路,由液压驱动导轨式钻架,可以根据实际需要调节钻架的长度和角度,以适应不同场地的开钻要求。同时还安装自动报警装置以避免钻架安全事故。除此之外,该设备还装配了滚轮以方便钻机的整体快速移动。 The drill frame bears the weight of the mine drill.So the rationality and stability of the drill frame can decide the function of the mine drill.In the process of working,the mine drill will give a force to the drill frame,which will lead the drill frame in the complicate mechanical state.At present,there are a lot of drill frame including lock pillar,upright pillar,disk pillar.we release a new drill frame with automatic alarm driving by hydraumatic in consideration of the shortcomings of the mine drill based on the mechanism of the drill frame.The new drill frame driving by hydraumatic can adjust the length and angle in order to adapt the different working enviroment.Besided,automatic alarm is installed in order to avoid accident.And idler wheel is also installed in order to fastly move.
