异种轻质金属铆接接头力学性能实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着轻量化技术的发展,诸如铝镁合金等轻质金属得以广泛应用,而铆接作为制作异种轻质金属结构件的主要连接方式,研究其疲劳性能具有重要的现实意义。本文首先介绍了AM60和AZ31镁合金铆接接头的成形过程,并制作了铆接接头实验样件。通过光学显微镜观察了铆接接头微观形貌,并通过扫描电镜分别观察了AM60和AZ31镁合金微观结构。同时,开展了AM60和AZ31镁合金铆接接头单调拉压力学实验和疲劳力学实验。本文的研究有助于开展铆接接头结构件抗疲劳设计,具有广泛的应用价值。 With the development of lightweight technology,the light metal like Aluminum and Magnesium alloy is widely used.The riveted joint is considered as the main connection type for this light metal,and so it is helpful to research on the fatigue performance for the dissimilar lightweight metal riveted joints.In this paper,the manufacturing process for AM60 and AZ31 Magnesium alloy was introduced firstly,and the specimens were made as well.The micro morphology of riveted joint was observed by the optical microscope,and the micro-structure of both parental metals was also measured by the scanning electron microscope.Then,the dissimilar lightweight metal riveted joints were conducted on the monotonic tension and compression test,as well as fatigue tests.This work would help the anti-fatigue design of structure made by the riveted joints,and has wide application value.
