数控技术在自动化机械制造中的运用研究

随着世界工业化深度发展,我国机械制造行业也在不停地跟上潮流脚步,从而引导出了多元化多功能的机械产品。同时,国家相关部门和企业应用自动化设备生产出了很多功能性的零部件,并为人们的生产生活和国家的发展需要提供了便捷和效益。然而,机械制造自动化行业在大规模发展的同时,大部分机械制造水平仍然处在较低程度,影响机械制造行业的进一步发展。本文通过描述我国现阶段机械制造领域发展状态,对数控技术在自动化机械制造中的运用研究,充分发挥数控技术的智能自动化的优势,为我国制造业发展提供充足的动力。

With the deep development of the world's industrialization,China's machinery manufacturing industry is constantly keeping up with the pace of the trend,thus leading out of the diversified multi-functional machinery products.At the same time,relevant national departments and enterprises have applied automation equipment to produce many functional parts and components,and provide convenience and benefits for people's production and life as well as the development needs of the country.However,with the large-scale development of the machinery manufacturing automation industry,most of the machinery manufacturing level is still at a low level,which affects the further development of the machinery manufacturing industry.By describing the development status of China's machinery manufacturing field at the present stage,this paper studies the application of NUMERICAL control technology in automatic machinery manufacturing,gives full play to the advantage of intelligent automation of numerical control technology,and provides sufficient power for the development of China's manufacturing industry.
