改革开放以来,我国的工业迅速发展,目前已经成为全球制造业门类最全的制造大国,是当今世界经济发展重要引擎之一,但同时制造业“大而不强”的问题也越来越制约我国制造业的进一步发展。21世纪以来,随着新一代信息技术的飞速发展,诞生了制造业信息化、智能化、服务化为特征的新一轮工业革命,发达国家纷纷推出工业化战略,谋求进一步拉大与我国的差距。在面对全球制造业重大调整的大潮流下,我国也提出了“中国制造2025”战略计划,并将智能制造作为该计划的主攻方向。

Intelligent manufacturing is a production method that can make enterprises more"smart"in R&D,production,management,service,etc.Manufacturing companies should start from the core pain points of their own development,based on reasonable overall planning and top-level design.Along with the development direction of intelligent manufacturing elements→intelligent manufacturing capabilities→intelligent manufacturing systems,acquire intelligent manufacturing elements in stages and continuously,establish,improve and expand enterprises in R&D and design,manufacturing,logistics and warehousing,order acquisition,product services,etc.The manufacturing capability of each link can ultimately form a complete,efficient and scientific intelligent manufacturing system.
