摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展,科学技术的不断进步,机械数控加工技术应运而生,能够有效的满足复杂机械加工作业,在一定程度上弥补了传统机床的不足。在国家经济发展中,工业是核心产业,加快推动工业自动化生产成为一项关键性工作,而这离不开机械数控加工技术的支撑,为更好满足新时期工业发展需求,进一步提升机械数控加工技术水平具有重要的现实意义。本文首先概述了机械数控加工技术;其次分析了影响机械数控加工技术水平的因素;最后探讨了提升机械数控加工技术水平的对策。 With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,CNC machining technology came into being,which can effectively meet complex machining operations and make up for the shortcomings of traditional machine tools to a certain extent.In the national economic development,industry is the core industry,and accelerating industrial automation production has become a key task,which cannot be separated from the support of mechanical NC machining technology.It has important practical significance to better meet the needs of industrial development in the new era and further enhance the technical level of mechanical NC machining.Firstly,this paper summarizes the mechanical NC machining technology.Secondly,the factors affecting the technical level of NC machining are analyzed.Finally,the countermeasures to improve the technical level of NC machining are discussed.
