我国体育学博士生教育改革的现状及未来趋势

The current situation and future trend of the doctoral education reform for physical education discipline in China

运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,探究我国体育学博士生教育改革的现状及未来趋势,旨在为决策部门提供参考,以提升博士生培养质量。我国体育学博士生培养通过健全招生方式、优化课程体系、践行淘汰机制、改革导师制度、实施弹性学制等系列改革措施,为提升博士生培养质量提供保障。在参照博士教育发达国家的经验及我国国情基础上,研究认为我国体育学博士生教育改革的未来趋势是加强博士生培养的国际性、加强博士生可迁移能力训练、发展博士专业学位等。

By using the methods of literature,expert interviews,logical analyses,this article explores the current situation and future trend of the doctoral education reform for physical education discipline in China,in order to provide reference for the decision-making departments and enhance the quality of doctoral cultivation.The study suggests that the doctoral cultivation of physical education discipline in our country provides a guarantee for improving the quality of doctoral cultivation through a series of reform measures such as perfecting the enrollment manner,optimizing the curriculum system,practicing the elimination mechanism,reforming the mentor system and implementing the flexible academic system.On the basis of the experience of doctoral education in developed countries and the reality of our country,this study suggests that the future trend of the education reform for the doctoral students of physical education discipline in China is to strengthen the international feature of doctoral cultivation and the training of doctoral ability to transfer,and to focus on the development of professional doctoral degree.
