摘要 为提高光伏系统功率协调控制精确性,提出基于ELM_k的短期光伏功率协调控制算法。综合考虑光伏功率协调控制影响因素,利用分类算法划分气象类型,利用EMD分解短期光伏功率序列,实现功率序列隔离预处理,降低非平稳行为对短期光伏功率协调控制产生的影响;采用ELM_k设计并构建短期光伏功率协调控制模型,增强功率协调控制精确性。以某光伏系统为对象,对某日的输出功率进行协调控制实验,结果显示,该算法对光伏功率进行协调控制后,其输变电工程造价降低,说明该算法表现出了良好的运行效果,具有可行性。 In order to improve the accuracy of power coordination control of photovoltaic system,the short-term photovoltaic power coordination control algorithm was proposed based on ELM_k.Considering the influence factors of photovoltaic power coordination control,the classification algorithm was used to divide the meteorological type,and EMD was used to decompose the short-term photovoltaic power sequence to realize the power sequence isolation pretreatment and reduce the impact of non-stationary behavior on the short-term photovoltaic power coordination control.ELM_k was used to design and build a short-term photovoltaic power coordination control model to enhance the accuracy of power coordination control.Taking a photovoltaic system as the object,the output power in a certain day was used to conduct coordination control experiment.The results show that after the coordination control of photovoltaic power is conducted,the cost of power transmission and transformation project reduces,which shows that the algorithm has good operation effect and feasibility.
