摘要
华东庐枞盆地科学钻探选址预研究LZSD-1孔为大陆科学钻探选址与科学钻探实验中的钻探项目之一。钻孔深度达3008.29m,主要采用Φ97mm和Φ77mm金刚石绳索取心钻进。LZSD-1孔属于特深孔,且采用绳索取心钻进,环状间隙小,泥浆的合理配置及管理对钻孔的顺利完成起到了重要作用。本文对LZSD-1孔泥浆体系和性能指标进行了论述,针对不同地层采取了不同的处理措施,并就深部地层高温对高分子泥浆的影响做出了分析与处理,总结了施工中泥浆技术工作经验体会。
The hole LZSD-1 of the preliminary study on the site selection of scientific drilling in the Luzong Basin,East China is one of the drilling projects of the continental scientific drilling site selection and experiment.The drill hole is up to 3008.29m in depth,which has been diamond-drilled mainly by adopting Φ97 mm and Φ77 mm wireline coring.It is a very deep hole,with small annular clearance.Reasonable allocation and management of slurry play an important role in successful completion of the drilling.In this paper,system and performance index of hole LZSD-1 slurry were discussed,different treatment measures were taken for different strata,and the influence of high temperature in deep strata on polymer slurry was analyzed and treated,and the slurry technique experience in construction was summarized.
