基于体素的形态学分析技术在评价脑灰质体积改变对皮质下缺血性血管性痴呆患者执行功能影响中的应用 被引量:3

Analysis of the effect of brain gray matter volume change on executive function of subcortical ischemic vascular dementia patients based on VBM technology

摘要 目的:采用基于体素的形态学分析(VBM)技术分析皮质下缺血性血管性痴呆(SIVD)患者执行功能障碍与相关脑区灰质体积改变之间的关系。方法:分别纳入SIVD患者和健康志愿者各14例,应用VBM技术比较2组的脑灰质体积差异,分析脑灰质体积变化与执行功能的相关性。结果:与健康对照组相比,SIVD患者灰质体积显著减少,包括全脑的额叶、颞叶、前扣带回、眶额叶、枕叶、梭状回、楔前叶、海马、丘脑和右侧小脑区域。SIVD患者未发现有灰质体积增加的脑区。结论:SIVD患者存在脑灰质体积萎缩,尤以额中回萎缩最明显,额叶灰质体积萎缩与执行功能损害程度存在相关性。 Objective:Using voxel-based morphometry(VBM)technology to analyze the relationship between executive function of subcortical ischemic vascular dementia(SIVD)patients and changes of gray matter volume in related brain regions.Methods:This study included 14 cases of SIVD patients and 14 healthy persons respectively.The VBM technology analysis method was used to compare the difference in gray matter volume between the two groups,and the correlation between brain gray matter volume change and executive function was analyzed.Results:Compared with the healthy control group,the gray matter volume of SIVD patients was significantly reduced,including the frontal lobe,temporal lobe,anterior cingulate gyrus,orbitofrontal lobe,occipital lobe,fusiform gyrus,anterior cuneiform lobe,hippocampus,thalamus and right cerebellum.SIVD patients had not been found a brain area with increased gray matter volume.Conclusion:Patients with SIVD have atrophy of brain gray matter volume,especially middle frontal gyrus,which is related to the degree of executive function impairment.
