摘要 胡顺金主任认为早期糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)的治疗应强调辨证与辨病相结合,根据早期DKD的病因病机特点,将其证候分为阴虚火旺夹瘀证和气阴两虚夹瘀证,治疗上分别给予滋阴降火、活血化瘀法和益气养阴、化瘀通络法,在临床上取得满意的疗效,并列举相关验案,以供参考。
