摘要
为了建立高效液相色谱测定久芝清心丸中黄芩苷含量的方法,本文采用RP-18 endcapped(5μm)作为色谱柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2)为流动相,检测波长为277 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果显示,黄芩苷在0.00195~0.09759μg/mL内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.88%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.76%(n=6)。该法结果准确简便,灵敏度高,重复性较为良好,适用于久芝清心丸的质量控制。
In order to establish a method for the determination of baicalin content in jiuzhi qingxin pills by HPLC.In this paper,RP-18 endcapped(5μm)is used as the chromatographic column,methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47∶53∶0.2)is used as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength is 277 nm,and the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min.The results show that baicalin shows a good linear relationship within 0.00195~0.09759μg/mL(r=0.9999),the average recovery rate is 99.88%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 0.76%(n=6).The method is accurate and simple,with high sensitivity and good repeatability.It is suitable for the quality control of jiuzhi qingxin pills.
