高效液相色谱法测定蒙脱石散中香兰素的含量

Study on the Determination of Vanillin in Montmorillonite Powder by HPLC

为了测定蒙脱石散中有效成分香兰素的含量,本文采用HPLC分析其浓度与峰面积的线性关系、加标回收率、精密度相对标准偏差、重复性及稳定性。通过测定分析,本研究选用样品中的香兰素含量为1.10 mg/g;在5.40~32.19μg/mL内与其峰面积具有良好线性关系;回收率为99.12%~100.44%;相对标准偏差为≤0.65%,且重复性、稳定性符合药物成分测定要求。HPLC测定脱石散中香兰素含量具有良好的精密度,且重复性、稳定性良好。

In order to analyze the content of the effective ingredient vanillin in montmorillonite powder by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).In this paper,HPLC is used to determine the content of vanillin in montmorillonite powder,and the linear relationship between its concentration and peak area,sample recovery,precision RSD,repeatability and stability are analyzed.Through determination and analysis,the content of vanillin in the sample selected in this study is 1.10 mg/g.There is a good linear relationship with its peak area within 5.40—32.19μg/mL,the recovery rate is 99.12%—100.44%,the RSD is≤0.65%,and the repeatability and stability meet the requirements for the determination of pharmaceutical ingredients.The determination of vanillin content in montmorillonite powder by HPLC has good precision,repeatability and stability.
