本文对国境口岸国际关注的突发公共卫生事件风险措施进行了深入性的探讨,对突发公共卫生事件风险识别的必要性、突发公共卫生事件风险识别的内容进行阐述。根据不同等级的突发公共卫生事件,构建完善的国境口岸突发公共卫生事件风险措施体系,以此更好地加强突发公共卫生事件的防范与控制,降低公共卫生风险事件的发生率,确保出入境人员的生命安全。

This study makes an in-depth discussion on the risk measures of public health emergencies of international concern at border ports,explains the necessity of PHEIC risk identification and the content of public health emergencyof in-ternational concern risk identification.According to different levels of public health emergencyof in-ternational concern,we can construct a perfect public health emergency of in-ternational concern risk measure system at the border port to better strengthen prevention and control and reduce the incidence of incidents to ensure the safety of life of entry and exit personnel.
